By providing this personal data, to the extent permitted by law, you give Fantom permission to use it so we can contact you with news, contests, offers and relevant advertising to your e-mail address and/or cell phone. We might let you know about a brand new deck that’s been launched, for example or a new promotion etc. You can of course opt-out from the Fantom e-mail list at any time, by following unsubscribe links within received messages.

We will not sell or transfer your personal information to any third party. An exception is if Fantom is ever acquired by another company to own and operate.

It may happen that other companies carry out various tasks for us, for example, help with marketing, the performing of technical services for our websites, etc. These companies can in certain cases gain access to personal data which they need in order to complete an assignment for Fantom. We treat all personal data with the greatest care and sign agreements with other companies which mean that they can only use your data in order to complete the assignment for Fantom.

The same applies in those cases where Fantom co-operates with another company to provide you with relevant offers. These companies do not have access to your personal data other than for assisting us with mailings which you have agreed to. These companies still will not have the right to retain and use the data for any other purposes other than what we’ve assigned them to do.

Fantom stores personal data gathered from members for such period as is prescribed by applicable law. During this period your data is only used to the extent permitted by these terms and by applicable law as well as for the security of members, that is, in order to prevent, investigate, uncover and prosecute potential crimes against one of our members. Fantom reserves the right to disclose your personal data as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our site.

If you have an account on a community service like Facebook, Fantom allows you to log in by using for example Facebook Connect (whether on Facebook or on other community sites jointly referred to as "Connect Service" below). Once you allow Fantom to connect with Connect Service, you will be able to use your Connect Service login information to log into Facebook as a member, and you will be able to publish your activity on Fantom to your Connect Service profile. Additionally, by using Connect Service, you permit us to access information related to you (including your profile information, friends, and privacy settings) so you can use your information on Fantom, and so that we can help improve your use of Fantom and allow you to interact with your Connect Service friends on Fantom. All such Connect Service personal data will be handled in accordance with Fantom’s general privacy policy as described in this agreement and you permit us to use the data in accordance with other personal data as described above in this section of the Agreement. In order to make the Connect Service possible, you agree to allow the Connect Service Provider, such as Facebook, to check your Facebook cookies when you are visiting Fantom, and allow Facebook to receive information concerning the actions you take on Fantom (which we will only send with your permission). The information shared with the Connect Service provider will be transmitted to and stored by the Connect Service provider on servers that can be placed outside your country of residence. In the event you no longer want Fantom to publish stories about you, or want to otherwise limit the ways in which Fantom interacts with your account with a Connect Service provider, you can always disable this feature by changing your application settings in this third party Connect Service.

Don’t forget, your activities on the Connect Service provider’s site, such as Facebook, are covered by their privacy policy and other terms of use (in Facebook’s case www.facebook.com/terms.php).
